The advantages and disadvantages of chem. structure search using the 3 title computer systems, and the software for the 3 systems, and procedures applied are crit. discussed. Examples of on-line results obtained using the 3 systems are presented and problems which should by solved by on-line search and which until now are not sufficiently taken into account by these systems, like evaluation of phys. and toxicol. properties, etc., are discussed.
