English abstract:
Aminobenzothiophene dioxides I (R = pyrrolidino, morpholino, NEt2, piperidino, 4-methylpiperazino, perhydroazepino, NMe2; R1 = Me, Et, Ph, 4-ClC6H4; R2, R3 = H, Cl) were prepd. by aminating I (R = H). I have potent analgesic and antiinflammatory activity (no data). Reaction of 2-phenylbenzothiophene 1,1-dioxide with N2H4 gave 2-MeC6H4SO2CH2Ph.
