English abstract:
Aminoquinazolinones I (R = NEt2, piperidino, 2,6-dimethylpiperidino, morpholino, 4-methyl-1-piperazinyl) were obtained in 47-98% yield by treating 2-MeO2CC6H4NHCOCH2R (II: R as above) with N2H4. II (R = amino) were obtained by chloroacetylating Me anthranilate, iodinating II (R = Cl), and aminating II (R = I).
