English abstract:
The title compds. I (R = amino) were prepd. from octahydro-1,7-phenanthroline. Quinolizines II (R1 = amino, R2 = H, Me) were obtained from 6-fluoro-2-methylquinoline. II had some bactericidal activity, which were much less than that of norfeoxazine and ciprofloxazine.
